Runescape on Wii

I think Runescape should be implemented into the Nintendo Wii because it has healthy benefits because your away from the computer monitor and your on the TV screen. You're actually holding your hand up and not bending your wrist against the edge of the desk. You develop hand-coordination skills with the Wii remote too.

Wii needs to support Java applets. Java is the game engine that Runescape uses to run. If Wii had a Java download, we can download and play Runescape on the Opera browser. All you need is a keyboard.

Runescape is pretty much a game for a kid with all the language blocking system and etc that has the theme of the Wii. It would be a successful move for Jagex for their business. You could just buy a keyboard that works for the Wii and use the Wii Remote to communicate and move around.

I think Wii should have Runescape implemented because of healthy benefits.

 

And just about every other Wii game has healthy benefits..

But you know, I do agree. It's a great idea, one thing though. The Keyboard is gonna be a pain. Regardless, your still gonna have to type with your hands. Unless, there's an on-screen keyboard, which is completely slow (and useless) for a type of game like Runescape. I think that there should be a special keyboard to plug into the back of the Wii's USB port.

 

You can sit on your couch and type, then just quickly take up your remote up. Lol, I'm not lazy. More of a lazy exercise >_>

you know theres a program where you can use your wiimote as a mouse thats the closest thing to your idea bit it would be cool playing runescape on a tv it would be the best doing it on a big screen one

 

RuneScape would look ugly on a TV screen.
It would have to be so resized that it would become pixelish and if you don't have a HD TV it would be kinda bad.

 

my couz has tv/computer screen uses here tv for computer uses too and i've play runescape on it also it's wicked but it was kind of hard to see everything becasue i was close up to the screen cause of keyboard...but that can be fixed the graffics are the same also just as a movie from normal screen to theatre...

Maybe they should just generally make runescape avaliable on xbox live or something.

Also, it wouldn't really make a difference. You'd still have to click on things with the remote and stuff.

If you used your arm to swing your sword and stuff, you'd be able to fight like mad!

You could like hit people at incredible speeds.

And people would need a router or something so the Wii could connect to the net and not everyone has or is allowed to access one.

Lots of small things that would just make it very fucked up.

 

Yeah, it's just simpler the way it is

 

if you were to put it on a tv, it would look real ugly with the pixels, maybe jagex might make a more graphics intense version for your idea, doubt it though

BTW RuneScape is coming to consols.

 

If runescape came out on Wii, nobody would play except real runescape fans because the game would be in huge pixels... I own a wii and only watch videos on it and play only bought NINTENDO WII GAMES and the virtual console games... not rs :/
