need help badly please understand me

well i am trying to say it well how do i make my applet and wut is applet and say i got a script of a like runescape but not ruenscape scirpts umm for example i how do people make sever on moparscape they use scripts but where do u copy and paste the cript to make a orgnal screen that looka like a world of runescape for example varrock in moparscape? please i need a software whwere i can copy and paste the scirpt i jsut wana make a sofware that has my name on it so i can apply on a site for programing!

and i need help making a small computer software and i can put my name on it.

and it usefull say can i make my own internet explorer type of thingy!
