Spoiler: Procedure

1. Buyer goes first and pays
2. Seller will then notify you the world and location
3. Once informed, kill the seller
4. Pick up the tier from the spot of sellers death
5. Trade in the emblem for points @ the BH Store (located at edge, talk to 'Emblem Trader')

Whatever the tier you're buying, it'll be degraded down by 1 upon killing.
Example: If you buy a tier 10 from someone, you will receive a tier 9 upon killing the seller.

How to obtain a Rune Pouch on an [iron man]:​

Iron man can only obtain rune pouches through boosting (from and only from tier 1). The steps to getting a rune pouch on an iron man is to start off by obtaining tier 1, then upgrading from there. You cannot kill someone for t7 or t10. The t1 is a default drop that you're able to get from target.
