magna fr34k possible scammer

i was selling him a blue mask and a santa hat for money via paypal, i gave him info on mule account and have proof of him saying he got the items off of it and stuff, then he said he had to go and will be back in 30min and will pay me then, he put his msn on away so now if he is not back when he said i will pm a mod the proof

right now i am attempting to contact his isp provider because i have his ip and isp
