What is your favorite muscle to train?

This too. Nothing better than when you get to low bf% and start to see huge striations.

 

Lets see pics of those forearms, i love a good set of forearms thats what im trying to achieve myself, currently training mine 4-5x a week will be interesting to see how much they will grow during this 14 week strength program we are doing.

 

Chest and shoulders

 

Absolutely hate shoulders along with legs, the pump is usually so intense it doesnt feel good, I love pumping my arms though.

Love training arms (biceps) mostly

 

Shoulders was for the longest time my favorite just because I got such drastic results so fast from not hitting them properly in my early stages of the gym which I hated training them. I forced myself to love to train them to one day obtain some boulders but I've drifted to back being my most favourite as it was also neglected in my early stages of the gym I now split up my back into two days, 1 being depth and the other being width and with the isolation between the two my back has blown up the past year

 

Triceps, shoulders, and lower abs

Least favorite: Biceps and abs

 

What do you love so much about lower abs that separates them from the rest of abs which you hate?

The heart so I can prevent future heart attacks as well as cardiovascular disease.

 

Legs overall for me. I'm a basketball player so I love being able to jump high. The supercat or linear leg press. Did 20 plates 4 reps on linear legs before I got hurt recently. My lift partner dominates upper body and gets so mad cause I have "tree trunks" for legs lol.

definitely chest, you can just feel the progress the most and it's absolutely rewarding

 

Biceps, triceps. Easiest for me to get deep burns going and growth.
