[VOTE] xSeventeen17 requesting a pardon for Off-Site Scamming

I am having a hard time understanding why it has taken so long for staff members to look as my pardon since it has been taken care of since, Oct 27th.

I am posting one more time in hopes some of the staff can take 5 minutes out of their day to see I got banned almost 2 months ago for a 5m "anti"-scam I did in 2011. You can check the original thread listed in my original post for all the information on that. I paid it back over a month ago and I have been patiently awaiting peoples votes. I think I have waited long enough. Please take the time to look it over and cast your vote because this is not fair.
