Spending 20$ via paypal on RuneScape Account(s).

I'll be getting my debit card in a week or so... So I decided to see what 20$ can get me. The account(s) must:

Never have been members
Not have recoveries/bank pin

I buy accounts individually too.

We'll say that 4$ is equivalent to 1mil (which is about average. I know people who sell 2$ each).
