Post this under User Services, people offer services to try and unban you account. And I'm sure its possible if you have appeals left.

 

mine has 36.4 and i unbanned it so that is a piece of cake

I have appealed my old account with 52.3 blackmarks... but i had appeals left and i only succeed on my last chance lol.
