frist go to any of the f2p worlds that are under 10 eg (1,3,4,5,7,8,10) then to go lumby general store and buy regular log keep buying them untill you like 1k of them and then make them into arrow shafts.then go to world 1 and buy feathers from just outside of varok west bank for 5-6 eac then if your p2p tele to cammy go walk to catherby go to the arrow shop buy all the brozen and iron tips untill you get 15k all together then make 15k iron/brozen arrows sell them. repeat this just useing different tips till you get 70 fletching make yew longs till 85 and then make mage longs. i recommand you keep useing yews untill 99 cause its hard to find a perm selling of mage logs.

they should take 2-3 week you should get a fletching cape
