    so what happened is I paid for runescape gold with PayPal here is the receipt

    I tried buying 100m 07

    And here you can see searching the name of the company I paid runescapegoldmarkt shows up... so I indeed paid the right person

    I then proceeded to go into the live chat because after I paid I got redirected to their website and I got an error saying there was a problem with the payment so I logged into PayPal and checked and saw the money was removed..

    Went into the live chat and the Asian chat guy told me that they didn't get a notification and that it would be refunded in 48 hours..

    I called PayPal and they said payment went through fine which leads me to think runescapemarkt site is very buggy... I told the agent to issue me a refund then when I asked to speak to the owner he told me he was dead...

    I have no money or runescape gold and they refuse to refund me

    Just went back to live chat and he told me he can't refund same Asian guy I need to contact there payment processor? That's ridiculous cause there site is flawed I don't have to run around ...

    How this guy still works there is beyond me he refuses to issue a refund his answer was contact PayPal and I did they told me to contact merchant so I emailed them... I hope no one buys from these guys what a hassle.

    Sometimes PayPal doesn't send an IPN message which causes them to not get a notification of your payment. In that case they have to poll or login to PayPal manually. The customer service probably isn't aware of that. Maybe they don't have direct access to the DDIS PayPal account to see what's going on. If they do then it's very bad customer service.

    from my experience it is possible for people to place orders on ddis websites and for those orders to glitch, meaning it will not show up on the orders page, payments have to be found manually and updated to the orders page by DDIS. You probably should contact the email you were given you via the live chat, give them your email / payment details and they can manually find your order and update it to a point where the live chat agents can do something with it.

    The DDIS paypal is used for about .... 7 different RS gold sites. That payment could have been made on any of the DDIS made websites. I can contact Ron or Cas (they have access to the DDIS paypal) and ask them to check but i (or Cas, Ron) would need the following info : His paypal email, the email he used to register on the DDIS site and the date of payment.

    I purchased on your website.. I opened up a dispute in PayPal I have pmd you my email that I used to register on your site.. I didn't buy on any other website I also have chat logs with your agent.

    I did email them but no reply and still waiting for a refund I believe it's Kaii obligation to get this refunded for me since his website bugged out.. and didn't get the payment correctly ..it's not my job as a customer to go running around getting a refund because your website didn't receive confirmation or whatever.. contact your payment processor directly and give me my money back I didn't go on those other 7 sites only yours

    Yeah that's the case.. the retard in the chat kept telling me to email ddis but that's not my issue your website is bugged.. guess that's what happens when you hire someone from Gina for a dollar. I would never buy from them again

    What does my staff have to do with how my website functions? That literally makes no sense. And to be fair someone who's as quick on the chargeback trigger as you are can and WILL HAVE TO order from somewhere else because i already threw your IP and email on our blacklist. The reason why my staff told you to email our head office is because he doesn't have access to the original paypal email, logical isn't it?

    Just talked to Cas -> Payment refunded as seen here http://prntscr.com/df6kfi , reason you didn't get an order id was not because our site is bugged, it's because paypal marked your payment as "under review" hence you didn't get an order id. My advice? Be more patient next time you buy somewhere and don't be an asshole ;).
