My 1st Sig! And Where Can I Find...

My first sig ive ever made is in my sig... i use paint because im to
povo for photoshop =]

And were do i find them things were they have a circle in the avatars
with their names or sumthin in them?

And very sorry if i posted this in the wrong section, my first time in this
part of the forums.
