Now you are safe! The only way for someone to recover it, is if they have the email and secret answer.

Yes they can, if they have the scan the cd key they only have to send it with an e-mail to valve and you have lost your account, happened to me, changing all this info is a must anyways, but dont tell people they cant be recovered because of this.

If they have bought it from the shop, they can still recover it .

Whoever does not know this info should be scammed...seriously, it's pretty self explanatory whenever buying any account from any game.

If they purchased the game at a vendor they can still get it back online w/ picture of the CD Key. Also they can get it back if they bought it online with Credit Card. Theres always loopholes in this stuff.

 

They can get back with pics...not good guide

 

darn, just had an account recovered, the guy was a trusted seller aswell, 500 posts, nearly official mm >.<
