Thanks for the unhelpful comment. Found Windows 7 SP1 already installed. Testing

As to anyone else who has suggestions about installing win7/64 SP1 let me know.

I changed method from wireless to cable to install updates see if that makes difference.

Nice to see you ignored the part about supporting the software developers, I guess they'll work for free now huh

And you will run into problems eventually when it starts asking you to activate it. Things like Windows updates won't function properly.

activating windows is a breeze about windows updates i'll do a fresh install and manually via site but before that testing a preinstalled SP1 win7/64

windows updates download fine and gets the job done but for some reason after you install service pack 1 windows updates via desktop no longer downloads updates and you have to manually download via site for me idk about others.

but the reason i'm asking for the best effecient and successful way to install cause i'm getting a AppHangB1 error when playing team fortress 2. It wasn't doing this and is all the sudden and I am not sure if it's windows issue or harddware cause all other games run fine it's only source games all the sudden freeze once you get in-game and then it does a looping sound then crashes with AppHangB1 error.
