1) spends his time preparing agendas in Microsoft Word
2) spends the rest of his time proofreading his agendas
3) spends the remaining time posting his agendas
4) if he's not too worn out, he may even research for 30 minutes in order to make an argument that makes no fucking sense
5) he is named after a brand of chips. it only makes sense that a young child that is quite overweight would make such a decision.
