Arcane's Obby Mauler「 Progress log 」December 6th, 2016

No real reason, but the starting stages of an account are the most fun to me and once I get to a certain point I start getting bored and I can feel I'm almost at that point. I have 55 slayer, I got my mithril gloves, besides just training strength there's not much else for me to do. I also have a sick level 3 skiller that I might convert to a gmauler or something once I'm finished (read bored) with this account

I know what you mean about getting bored. I had my Obby at 1/90/1 and converted her to 40/90/1 for f2p multi PKing and now I am going 60/90/1 for p2p multi. So much fun!

 

Thing is though, I spent too much time on getting 55 slayer with 1 attack and below 40 combat to justify doing that. I'd rather just sell it and start over

 

I prefer 31 pray because you can skull up without big risk, I think staying unskulled all the time is kinda boring

What's the best slayer master to use at 1 defense?

 

Euhm, it depends on what your combat level is.

 

Well I noticed that at even the Burrhorpe master the monsters hit pretty hard, and I was forced to make short trips.

 

Always use the highest available slayer master

 

Which monsters? I just did 55 slayer with 1 def and 1 attack using the burthorpe slayer master and there wasnt a single task that was hard

It's probably because I haven't been safespotting then, but even cave crawlers and kalphite soldiers take multiple trips for me.

 

if you ever decide you want to sell it, please let me know, and amazing progress so far

 

What are your stats? Cave crawlers are probably one of the harder tasks yeah but kalphites are actually one of the better ones, get yourself a cannon

 

That's some good progress. Mine is flat 80 skills (slayer not incl) with 93 rc. Don't have 99 hp yet but have 99 strength.
