a few problems, please read and help if you can

my internet connection gets disconnected a lot like once an hour usually, is there any prgram that could help this or some sort of download/something i could buy. i have cable routers throughout my house (might be cause of the problem)

also, when i scan my computor for viruses. currently 11 programs are not scanned. i think 2 say that they are encrypted and the rest are files and systems. is this some sort of trojan/malware that is taking control of my virus scan. it says i have no threats but could this be a threat. also the list does grow once in a while. it started at about 4 and grew to 11 in about 5 months, one of them says treecutter and auto miner. so i am afraid to log onto my runescape account because i feel this is a keylogger. any ideas what is occuring?

also playing guild wars my computor says vital error and shuts off. and when i play last chaos sometimes it just says "send error report?" so i click no but i am going to click yes next time it happens so they can figure out the problem.

Clear all Caches and Cookies, Do a spybot scan and if you're still having problems re- formating might not be a bad idea.

 

well your computer is really messed up..i recommend getting a new one lol... but to fix your problems try deleting all internet files and cookies, do that every day or so

 

Bad advice. It has nothing to do with his hardware.

Advice for OP: Get spybot search and destroy. If that doesn't work, reformatting might be a good idea.

 

Go to ESET.COM and download the trial of the virus scanner (one of the best) and scan your computer, it should scan for viruses and spyware too. And if the treecutter and autominer are coming up that means keylogger. You're screwed Reformatting is the best way to go IMO because you get a nice new installed OS that isn't corrupted and you are nice and clean without viruses etc.

Don't login to any websites that you have important passwords e.g. rapidshare, paypal, us bank. Get your computer clean, or reformat and installing would be the safest.
