should marijuana be legal?

Well all the reasons why it should be legal are very true.
People who smoke weed tend to sit around the house and not do anything.
Just to relax and be peaceful.
Instead, drinking makes you want to do stupid things.
Rarely do you find an active-high in marijuana.
And yes I know this from experience lol.
But thats not the point.
I think it should be legalized.
For example a video on youtube.com shows that when you smoke marijuana, you drive more cautiously and focused. I know that doesn't pertain to all of us but it's an example of why it isn't such a bad thing.
But I still think if it's legalized, you shouldn't be able to drive on it.
Just because of the fact it might make it illeagle again if someone on weed while driving kills someone else.
They would just blame the weed.

But weed is just a plant that grows.
Just like tobacco.

And I saw the whole "Salvia is legal and it fucks you up."
But take in consideration when you take 3 bong hits of salvia divinorum 40x, which is a lot, the high only lasts for 10 minutes or so.
And when you take salvia chances of you going outside to go drive or something like that are not really that high.

And also.
You can NOT overdose on marijuana.
Not matter how chronic. (Haha amount of THC)
No matter how much.
Still can't O.D.
The effects of what you would call an O.D. on marijuana (that is if you could) would be just simply feeling like you are on a roller coaster or just passing out.
And for the people who say it damages lungs more than tobacco...
If your so concerned about that fact.. Don't smoke it.
America has freedom rights.
We are all grown-ups, we can make our decisions.
You CAN choose not to smoke it.
It's not like you'll be forced to smoke it or the world will end if it became legalized.

And for the government part..
Marijuana is kept illeagle for the one reason.
Money.
If someone is caught with possession or distribution or marijuana.
They are fined.
And guess where that money goes?
You got it.
The government.
They make a ton of money every year from fines of drug busts.
But also they lose money keeping it illeagle.
So if they legalized it would be a win win situation.

And whoever steps up to the plate to legalize.
I'll smoke you out.

Simply ones bad mistake to try hardcores.
It's not marijuana doing it.
It's the dumb ass who's smoking it who decides to snort up coke the next day or pop some quad stackers..

Alcohol Is way worse than marijuana it KILLS your liver. The ONLY side effect from marijuana is short term memory loss. The only reason why they dont want to legalize it is because it can lead you into other drugs.

Thats very true. I know people that have had there lives completely ruined by alchohol. Also marijuana should be legal. It helps medically and people have to live a little

it would actually help the government funds, its one more thing to tax..... they can divert taxes from tabbacco and put it on marijuana, drugs in general shouldnt be legal though people get their lives ruined from, crack, coke, and the like but people i know who just do marijuana are fine...

Yes it should be legal BUT it should be on prescription only like for addicts recovering and it should be limited that way the druggies and get their supplies to live and they won't have to steal to get money for it. It wont be cool to smoke then because it will be a medical problem.

One problem the doctors might start stealing the supplies and yer mass druggies.
