To Anyone Who Has Been Paid By Dorito/konvict.

check your paypal balances, apparantly they got charged backed, post proof of your charge backs here, and they will be forced to pay the bills, or else they'll be banned. I have taken Dorito's MM rank away, and replaced it with a TWC + TWC Konvict. Upon successful payment of every person who was charged back, you will recieve your rank back Dorito. Konvict doesn't have a position rank to take away, but he still has to pay. Ill give a reasonable amount of time to pay these people (4 weeks), after which you'll be perma banned.

 

Thankyou Annex, For finally showing that even highly trusted and respected people can do this. I hope you all get paid back soon.

the current story is that Dorito has a limited status on his paypal, he traded to Konvict through paypal, making konvict's account become limited, and having all it's funds withdrawn for "investigation" by paypal, so they did the same thing to all the accounts they've traded (mine and some others)

 

This really sucks big time. Paypal needs to get their ass into gear and figure out what the hell is happening... Bastards... -.-

Paypal don't need to do shit, they created paypal as an ebay tool and a way to buy stuff online without needing a credit card.

It says in the legal jibberish that if you use paypal for anything illegal (selling and buying runescape money is illegal) then they have the right to limit, confiscate funds and do whatever is necessary to protect themselves.

Also if dorito is limited it is probably because he recieved a fraudulent payment from someone, obviously every person he sends money to will be limited. Even though it is an unfortunate event for him, it really is still his responsibility to pay people seeing as he is the reason they are limited. If he pays everyone respectively I don't see why he should lose mm status, I honestly thought he would know better than to mix rs things with paypal though.

If dorito has been chargebacking people though he should definately be banned. I hope everyone who is owed money gets it and gets their paypal accounts back to normal.

 

That is the reason why I don't deal with paypal trades through places like Sythe anymore. I now have a Paypal Reputation with 80+ verified members, and want to keep it that way. If you're trying to sell stuff through Sythe, do it through cash/money orders.

That's exactly the problem, associating paypal with sythe or anything slightly related to runescape just doesn't work, it's always the legit people that get burnt by it. I had to pay online stores like 1200 bucks because some kid sent me 25 bucks fraudulent which made all my legit cash fraudulent also...
