i try to log into the sever but it says server is down..wtf?

Help Me Please, I got a problem.
When i go on www.moparscape.com theres a " x " on a paper at the top left corner of my screen and it doesnt load anymore! i dont get it i try download Java Again, Restart PC and it still doesnt work!

when i click on the shortcut to moparscape it comes up with the loading screen then after 5 seconds it just goes off wat do i do?

 

I downloaded moparscape from http://rs95.rapidshare.com/files/28641428/MoparScapeInstall.exe but when i try to start it, a list of programs appear.
What should i do

 

Same, well, it says downloding cache or something then it just exits...
i have the newest java and everything, i dunno what the problem is, someone help me please

that just means that the host is taking a break or something, try using a 24/7 server =\
