New to selling/trading.

Hey,

I'm new to selling GP and trading over the Internet. I'm considering starting up selling gold, probably small quantities to start with.

Just wondering how to avoid bans and what set-up I need to start. Also what payment methods to accept and what not to.

Would love to hear from knowledgeable members of the community that have done this themselves before. Thanks

 

It is really hard to establish yourself as a GP trader, especially today where there is a lot of competition and established name recognition. The best way to avoid bans to is use aged accounts and not brand new level 3 accounts. In my opinion, spreading the gold amongst many accounts usually is good in case one of your accounts gets banned. The best advice on payment methods I'd give is to start off selling on PlayerAuctions and become established. I've personally never ran a gold site but many sites do accept PayPal payments and I'm not quite sure how they deal with chargebacks. I know some gold sites actually require proof of ID and email confirmation before they do accept it. If you're willing to go through the hassle, then you're good.
