    confused and so zoned out

    School has finished, my 13 years in school, over...

    I'm actually bored, and reacting to myself in a negative way, it's about 3 AM right now, should get some sleep, but i need to get this off my chest, and why not talk to the internet, where it's easier to talk to people.When i try to sleep, i always get negative, when i shouldn't and actually don't know why, questioning everything and making my life hell.

    A girl I liked stopped talking to me, friend ruined it by liking a post that was towards me and her as a joke, and didn't understand that (doesn't help he just broke up with his girlfriend, so i haven't talked to him about it)

    After the party I went to wednesday, i was drinking (bad idea now that i think of it), next morning, from a night of just having fun, till basically dead and feeling so sad....

    I just can't help to feel so alone, i don't really talk to anyone anymore, going to try to focus on fitness to just let myself get away from everything.

    I don't know if this is normal, or i am just questioning everything when i shouldn't really give a fuck...

    It's "normal". A lot of us, including myself have been through very low points in life.

    Focusing on fitness isn't a bad idea. The first 2 weeks will feel difficult as your body is shocked, but after that it's such a good natural high.

    Disconnect from everything for an hour or two and write down different areas in your life you can work on. Writing it down makes it much easier to focus and not have your mind go round in circles causing further stress. It may seem weird, but once you've identified any issues (which are often much more minor than they seem right now), you will feel so much better having a sense of what to do next.

    I think there is a source, i feel like everyone is looking down on me, this isn't the first time this has happen to me. feeling much better, quitting alcohol out for a while. I hate feeling shitty, kinda starting to get over.

    I just hate it, trying to figure why this happens

    We all experience low points, just don't let it consume you. I was depressed for the longest time after getting clean and really just wanted to blow my brains out I made a plan to do the exact opposite of what I wanted to do in my depressed state. So if I felt like laying in bed all day, I'd force myself to wake up early, eat breakfast, and go for a walk or run. You have to force yourself to be happy and can't allow your happiness to depend on someone else. Ultimately you're thr only person that matters.

    bro you need something to occupy your time. times get rough im deployed right now in the middle east away from my family, thanksgiving is tomorrow Christmas is a month and 2 days away but you need to focus whats going good for you in life, i lift daily im 5' 10 inches 190 pounds and 10% BF. Lifting is a great stress reliever + helps you sleep at night. Go for a run, lift some weights, hit up some friends to hang with stuff like that. I know how you feel im lonely without my family but i make the best of my time here, just remember when you're feeling down there is always somebody who is feeling more shittier than you, need somebody to talk to hit me up on skype if you need help on a gym routine or anything, i gotchu.

    What are your plans now that school is over? I found that when I was depressed, working long hours helped. I was kept preoccupied, I could talk to coworkers even if it was small talk and silly work jokes. You never know, people at work can be a great source of conversation. There are some really cool people out there right in front of you, just gotta put yourself out there in a position to meet people.

    Basically what i'm feeling right now, just forcing myself to live on, and trying to enjoy, just hit a another hole in the tracks, i'll see what i can do

    I have added, you thanks for the help, going to start doing MMA and start taking it more bit seriously

    @Yankiee, i am just waiting for the university to respond, to say if i have made it into the course or not, if not i have insta entry to the same course but it costs a bit more at a private college
    Currently working 2 days a week at McDoanlds and using games as a way to just relax.

    Currently looking for another job till next year to by some time till all my friends are finished with schoolies.

    I would like to think, should i start to learn to cook once or twice a week, or just let my parents handle it?

    My two cents. Everyone has given great advice so far.

    Are you waiting for friends to graduate to go to University with them? Just be careful to not get stuck with the same crowd and not end up making any friends.

    As for your cooking and hobbies, do whatever makes you feel better (except hard drugs...). I would try to learn the skills to become independent (chores, bills, work, cooking, exercise, read more, etc). Best of luck

    all my friends have graduated (about month ago, but i graduated because i did a different program 2 months ago)

    I purposely choose a university that no one is going to, as well my course is there, so it's very good, kinda scared i won't get it.

    Like i said previously thinking of doing MMA or some kind of self defence (maybe kick boxing)
