    I don't see how it's brush whored, he's just used a 3px hard brush turned up fiddled around with the settings, brushed some on the right side, then gave them an outer glow.

    and I think i see alot of grunge brushing in that background too...

    Yea, TDD is kinda right... almost all my brushes are from Deviantart, but it isn't all brush and nothing else.
