See, now these comments I can deal with. I don't mind people who like rap, but those who hate metal and rip on it in every post just makes me want to smash a hole in my wall with my monitor.

Some of it is alright(Tupac), but I don't like most of the songs that have been coming out lately by newer artists.

Rap is the shittest music out there second to country i mean rap is repetitive,they say the same thing over and over again and half the shit they say is stupid anyways like yeah "crack the superman youueeeelll" its like wtf? This is why im hot no no your not this song fucking blows as does almoossttt all rap.Now there is a few raps songs i like but mostly none as they all are crappy.

tbh rap is crap. its one of those if you cant beat em join em type things that the young people of today have adapted to. Its impossible to shut it out so we just adapt to it.

 

Some rap sucks , lil wayne for example he makes up his own words.
The game is good , ice cube is good and some old school stuff is ok.

Sure, some rap does have meaning, but it's often very simple, and to be honest, moronic. I can see why you would like rap, because, as I said, some of it does have meaning. Saying rap is a good genre does not make you ignorant.

However, saying that all other genres have no meaning at all, does make you ignorant. I don't think you've taken a step into the music scene, other than your genre, rap, but, most of the genres you named have a ton of meaning in their lyrics most of the time. They're just too deep for an ignorant mind like yours to understand.

Rap was alright when groups like N.W.A, Biggie Smalls, and Public Enemy were making music, but now that we have these disgraces to music such as: Lil' Wayne, T-Pain, 50 Cent, and Eminem, I've stopped listening to it. To be honest, they all sound the same.

When it's all summed up, Rap nowadays is basically cheap rhymes about guns, sluts, drugs, money, and "pimped out rides".

I'm not hating the Genre, just pointing out the truth.
