Haven't you read the rules?
Ban evasion - returning to sythe after a ban. That includes, making a new account, using someone else's account, using a proxy after an I.P. ban etc.

This guy even POSTED he made a new account, after his main one got banned by a "****** MM" as he so nicely put it.

After having read that I suggest you read the rules quickly. Or you might be banned without even knowingly doing something wrong. It happens, with those tiny letter by-the-book rules.
