Actually, Jagex removed this picture from the German Knowledge Base and replaced it with the current skills interface. Who knows if we'll get it or not; But the new icons do like quite amazing. So if anyone tries to look for it on the German site, have fun, because it's not there anymore.

 

I don't like the new look, I like the old look. I've been used to the old look for years now, but I don't care anymore because I don't play runescape at all.

they didnt, german servers still have the old stats, but the picture was updated.
