So i have a couple issues, and i don't know where to start....

Eatting, Currently i just eat what ever my parent make, but i would like to learn to cook, firstly I really don't like vegetables, sound like a 12 year old kid, just i can't eat them without mixing them.
As well, i kinda fucking love food.

Another problem is, ehh never cooked, i don't know how much you should eat, what should it be mixed e.g sugar, protein ect.

Lastly, I'm actually really bad at fitness plans, currently recovered a minor leg injury, and look to get some real runners, since i have always had skate shoes which fucks with your feet so baddly.

Anyone can contact me at KaliberOCE if you could help me

If you want to take fitness seriously you need to take nutrition seriously. Judging by your post it doesn't sound like you want to take nutrition seriously but if you are you should be able to find some information here..

    Nutrition

Learning to cook is easy. Google/Youtube is your friend: "healthy recipes"

Actually its not that easy to learn about how to calculate calories. If you really wanna keep fit, maybe you just try to eat less junk food (i.g potato chips, chocolate, soft drinks.) You need to try your hard to keep junk food away. But I will visit them once a week. LOL
I loss 40lbs half year. I don't know is that success or not.
But I really like you, like food, don't like vegetables and don't exercise.
I just choose the way I can handle. Like I just stretching everyday, sleep earlier, drink more water. Maybe you can start like this.
    Hope you will success.

    Heya,

Thought i reply to some fitness related topic also.
Everything is basic, internet is full of it, but i still took some time to write, maybe i can help some more people out.
Anyways, you just gotta eat them veggies, they're good actually and full of micronutrients, if you wanna change your life, man up, three basic things: workout, eat well & rest, so you just gotta do it, specially when cutting, help you keep full always and so on. You will feel alot of more full and better also. Try to add them up a bit atleast every week, and find the ones you like, there must be something you like also.

About the calorie part, you don't have to track calories every day when you just started off. Try to just get the basic 3-4 meals in and few snacks, if you feel like ( healthy options of course ).
At beggining you can get of course 1-2 cheat meals also in per week, eat whateva you want but mostly,
I would say start off something like this:

Morning Breakfast: ~50-80g oatmeal and few eggs, like 3-4. Basic bodybuilding morning food, you get both. Good carbs, healthy fats & protein. If you feel like getting bored, add some berries and food like that in, again good micronutrients.
Lunch: Some chicken, try to get at least 150g-200g or so, few servings of veggies & ~50-80g rice / ~200g potatoes
Snack: Some fruit & nuts for example
Dinner: Some steak/beef or fish once in a while & again few servings of veggies & rice/potatoes

Make sure you eat & do everything in reasonable amounts, no need to add up food alot or remove it alot if you wanna cut for example. Everything in little steps. Same goes for the weights & exercises Quality -> Quantity. Make sure you also feel good, if you feel like there's something missing, then there is probably some deficit of something else you might not even think about.

Try to find some recipes on the internet also, to keep it interesting and make sure you eat plenty of carbs, protein & some fats & some veggies and you will be fine :)

Pretty basic meal plan right there. Pretty much following the same stuff for years.
I suggest you to start looking at the food macronutrients before buying something also, look at how much calories they consist etc & always try to buy food as fresh as possible 100% Lean meat, 100% Nuts, not some mixed up pre-pared food full of trash. Always nice to cook it by your own so you know exactly what you put in your body.

If you get time, try to track your food intakes for week or so, so you get meaning of how much something consist and so on. Also compare the sugary food to healthy food calories & nutrients to see by urself what they really consist and how easy it is to overeat and gain weight. And also be sure to rest enough. :) One day you will notice that you got it in your head, and you can just look at food and tell exactly how many calories it has and say how many grams food there is on the table.

I would suggest bodybuilding.com and some youtube fitness channels ( try to find some "Star/celebrity" you like and follow them a while, see they're lifestyle ) or just google/youtube search your questions, you find much help on the internet, there's so much advice, training & meals plans out there, its just about you, if you wanna do it or not, there's nothing hard at all if you just wanna work out and stay healthy.

If you got anything else just feel free to ask, goodluck on your goals! :)

Edit: Be sure to get enough water throughout the day also, like 2-3liters atleast, helps you alot, especially when working out.
