I think, pop,cigs,computer,runescape,sythe,msn,bebo,food, are addicting, how to stop, well, cigs, just quit buying, pop just keep drinking, computer, can be left alot along with sythe,msn,bebo, and food.

stopping an addiction is not as easy as it seems. if u have ever been addicted to smokes then u will know.

 

I used to be addicted as shit to Runescape...I quit but tried to come back a bit...I couldn't do the same thing for 10 minutes without getting very pissed off lol.

An addiction is always formed when a person develops a dependency for something, usually over a period of time. Most of the time it is developed when a person finds something that may not be available in their "reality". A simple situation may be alcohol, when sober a person is required to think about the hardships of life. When using the drug they simply do not have to deal with the issues that they may have if they were not using it.

Before any addiction, a person must have an obsession beforehand. An obsession is usually developed when their is something a person wants most, but can not have in another situation.
