How do you think The United States would Fair with a female President?

People probaly would not think it was fair at first but finally they would agree with it but if you ask me I think if we ever do get a female president so better be good or there will not be another one for a long time

 

No different? By the way, a better thread title probably would have been "Would you vote for a female candidate?"

 

I think it's sexist that you would create a thread such as this,
also I feel there would be no major difference.

I don't really have a problem about a female President.
Probably won't be much a difference, women might even be able to start taking care of America's poverty problem rather than focusing on the problems of other countries. *Wink Wink*

 

We would all die, especially if it was hilary clinton >_<

Women are really not meant to lead, excuse me if i'm sexist, but it's just how i see it.

 

I think a female president would be fine, if not better. Like J C said though, she'd have to be good or there wouldn't be another for awile.

 

america has done fine with male presidents, why should they break the tradition?

 

I'd be completely fine with it as long as it isn't Clinton.

I think gender is irrelevant. I think history shows capable leaders of both gender, and poor leaders of bother gender as well. I think the person, not the sex, is what people should worry about. The fact that people judge based on things like gender, and color, etc. probably has a lot to do with why we really arent doing our best as a country.

 

I just would have this weird feeling with a woman in office. Call me sexist, but woman aren't meant to be president. Especially Hillary -.-

I could care less what gender the President is, as long as they do a good job. I don't think having a penis would help Bush run the country now would it?

 

If we had a female president, we'd be sending flowers to Iraq, rather than bombs.

 

If we had a female president, I can imagine her trying to fight for womens right's in our country, when she should be fighting for America as a country. Just seems to me as if all the focus would go to women's issues, USA would be in a worse condition.

Women or not, they're all richrichrich people anyways :S. Not really part of the 'people' now are they.

Hilary Clinton - She already ran the country once (Bill was out sleeping with the staff)

If she is elected, it is purley because of a popularity contest and the fact that she is a she. Women will vote for her, and people who feel a need to change will vote her.

She would make a horrible president, as of her views. She wants to pull out of iraq, and leave it the way it is. Im not saying the war is right, but leaving it as it is would be a waste of the time we spent. She also seems to be a bad person, getting back with her husband JUST for popularity and support.
