Dam just got into a wreck -.-

So a friend and me were coming back from the recreational center, playing basketball.

we were just talking about the good ole days, when we were in highschool and so..

as soon as we were turning in our neighborhood, some guy hits us in the back -.-

so i said great 2nd wreck in 2 month period..

so we got out of the car pulled up by the side lane, checked for damage..

believe it or not only two bolt marks from the license plate left our car.

while the other guy had no damage, but was in trouble by his parents..


How much would a minor 2 bolt imprint cost to fix on a plastic bumper? of a Toyota corolla?

 

Well.... What year is it?. Because it not like thats a huge cosmetic thing, prob not even worth getting fixed. His parents should it hold it to him and make him pay for it, wasnt even his fault. I mean if he got into big accident and bumper got smashed up. Or you guys hit someone.

 

Its an 03 Toyota corolla.

Its still his fault, the only thing is i cant get any insurance out of it.

I contacted his father, and hes agreed pay me some little cash.

But if you look at the side view, the damage is pathic,.

he already agreed to pay 100-200

while i personally thing its a $50 imprint to fix.

So anyadvice what to do?

find out the cost of how much it would take to fix, and tell him the true amount of cash it will take.

 

Yeah just about to say same thing, I'm going to the Honda dealership tomorrow morning figure out the exact price.

Umm, take it to a shop ask him how much to get this fixed. And just tell the guy that hit you what the mechanic said

Ya, if you have a decent insurance company, they should cover the fee. Otherwise, get an estimate, and have the father pay for the fees. It honestly shouldnt be much

Don't report it or your insurance will most likely go up. Just talk with his father.

The damage is minor, the down payment for the insurance to be covered would be at least $500
My insurance would NOT rise, as it is NOT my fault..

I received 200 dollars cash for the damage from the persons uncle, for the minor damage.
