Scammed by BruceXX1

Hello,

I have just been scammed by this individual for a service on oldschool runescape. Below is all details and explanation.

I have recently order a service on oldschool runescape for 3000 marks of grace. He said it was hand done, but he was always botting and got my account banned. Also did not return the second upfront payment I made after the account being banned.

Explanation of the trade:I have recently ordered a service for oldschoo lrunescape for 3000 marks of grace from this individual. He said it was hand done, but the truth was that he botted and that got my account banned. Also he did not return the second upfront payment I made after the account being banned. Regarding the botting, he agreed to my tos that I would pm him randomly from another account to make sure he was not botting. I did it two times and the two times he said he was just too tired to check pm´s. I should have stopped it right there but the harm had probably already been made. He stated on his thread - [vouched] Bruce's 07 skilling service [100% hand done] [cheap&fast] - that all his services are hand done and he told me multiple times on skype that it was. Althought the truth is different which has been verified by the ingame pm´s he never responded and the ban I received. I had never been banned before because I never botted. As for the payments we decided to go with increments. The first payment was 1m which he fully fulfilled and even surpassed some marks of grace. For the second payment I deducted the extra marks he had gotten on the first payment so he had to collect less marks. All in all he had to collect 540 marks of grace on the second payment. He collected like 150 and the account got banned. So there is almost the price of 400 marks that he does not want to return. Each mark we agreed on 8K so that is 3,2M that he should return me after breaking the tos we agreed and getting my account banned... Naturally I stopped the service and he should have returned the money.. which he state he will not.
How they scammed: Got my account banned by botting when he said the service was hand done and also did not return part of the second payment after I naturally shut down the service after being banned.

I believe this is more than enough proof of what happened and that this individual needs to be banned from sythe...

Note: As it is natural I skipped some conversation about when would I get home to pay him and other unimportant issues. Also removed the information relating to my runescape account login details that I had passed to this individual. The password has naturally been changed. All the important information to ban this individual is on the print screens provided

he agreed to all that thats why i will not give him a refund of the payment and also i did not bot on his account jagex system is not mnaual and automated and can make mistakes if i was really botting then my ip will be flagged and my other accs will be banned

Firstly you were the one that added me on skype and I did not come from your thread on sythe. Only later you showed me your thread, which I used to only identify you as you had just added me. Also I am quite sure you just changed some part of the tos to try to get you off the heat. Finally, you broke my TOS and naturally the service is no longer viable. Therefore it is not a matter of me cancelling the service and getting a refund because I am not feeling it anymore. It is a break of TOS and that automatically breaks the service and the remained of the value should have been paid. You are basicly just a lying scammer trying to avoid the ban. But if justice serves right here on sythe you will get it and it is well deserved.

I am not heated. I just want to see justice made. And make sure you have a lot less change of scamming other people by having your current account banned.
