help plz with nero startsmart

hi i recently got my new computer and i have a program called nero startsmart.i was just wondering what does it do and how do i use it?help would be apreciated.if anyone has any tuts or info on how to use it can you post here plz ty.

 

Nero is a program for writing cd's and dvd's it can also do many more tasks. Keep it okay lol It's good.
