RS3 to OSRS convert (All hand-done) Ironman from No Knowledge

Hey guys! I've just started an ironman on OSRS after quitting RS3, as you can tell by my signature. I'd like to share my progress with you all as I learn this game, and progress as a solo player with no knowledge of the game, as a firm RS3 player for the past decade and change.


Without further ado,

Day 1 (End):
I am learning about the struggles of low level moneymaking. Is crafting the correct route? I did Lava Dragons for my magic, which also got my Prayer level up. No visage though, not with so few casts! Learned this from watching streams, and I did get some crafting supplies out of it.


Stats at the end of the day, after doing Witch's House, then Waterfall Quest, for some quick stats. Got the woodcutting level for Lost City, and started work on Crafting, trying to get some money and the level for Lost City as well:

 

Oooh, good luck! I have never owned an ironman before so I can't really help you but I think most people went for steel plate collecting in the wildy as their first money making activity.

Either way, I'm very interested to see how far you get. Keep us updated!

 

That does sound like a good idea, actually. I'm just about breaking even on crafting these leather items, but at the same time, I need the crafting level for quests, anyway, so no harm done, eh? Lol.

What made you want to make the switch? I'm curious for the fact that as a former RS3 or EOC player (before the change to EOC) I could never get in to playing RS3.

That's a huge transition mate, I just actually got into doing the Hardcore Ironman myself and I basically just did Rune Mysteries and started mining essence to make myself runes. I'm up to 30 RCing so far and I'm getting the runes to train my magic a bit to then go camp Lava Dragons or Blue Dragons for prayer.

 

I was looking towards getting 59 bud and you can see the drops but you can't loot anything thats not your kill.
