Jagex don't probably even read it, they probably have bots that search for keywords and if it has a certain word, it's denied.

Of course Jagex don't real your appeals, it would be impossible. Jagex is a LARGE online game, they must have over millions of appeals a day, there not exactly going to read all of them. They might read some at random, but they don't read every appeal....

 

all they do is search for key words like:
sorry
mistake
not me

if they see these they just decline it right away
