Wow I just got scared.

I woke up and went on the computer and the internet wasn't working so I was like wtf.. and restarted my computer. When I got on all pictures, cookies, and a whole bunch of shit was gone. I was freakin out cause all my files that has all my info forEVERYTHING were gone.. but anyway I turned my computer off, waited about 5 mins and turned it back on.. I found out that when I restarted it, it went to a different user then it was supposed to.. but yeah :O

 

Ditto. That happened to me once. I was freaking out 'cuz I had to turn in an essay the next day and I thought I would have to start over. Then when I was logging off, I realized I signed into a different user.

 

yeah idk how it did that.. it was probably because I went to start > restart and I usually just press the button..

Yes, the internet should've worked, even if you logged in with a different user.

But, at least it works now glad for you.

 

not necessarily..you can turn the internet off for different users..maybe someone turned if off for hte user you went on by mistake.
