I'm not saying rapping is an easy thing to do, it's just a lot more simple than singing/playing an instrument/trying to sound good all at the same time. If a rapper can rap AND play an instrument at the same time, then he's a musician. Otherwise, he's just a guy who can talk shit quickly.

Artists in the rock genre just seem to put a lot more emotion into their work than rappers. They practice together. It's a group effort. It's a good bit easier to talk quickly to a drum machine then it is to play guitar and sing to it.

You actualy beleive it's about the music? trust me if all music was free half the artists wouldn't be here. It's all about the money wheather they say it or not. It takes years of practice to be able to rhyme and keep your flow going freestyle. IMO, Rock isnt my thing but i will challenge anyone who says it is alot harder to master then rap.

I hate rap...... Because it is senseless and is alot of bass with no real lyrics.

Shall i consult ask.com for some rap lyrics..... I bet you atleast 3 of 5 rap songs have soemthing about shooting someone or pimping 'hoes' or rape or something... Rap has no quality just the same thing with a diffrent voice and beat.
