Help with Pardon Question/Advice?

I was allowed back as a DnT. But here is my problem. I want to finally refund a scam victim and make a pardon so i can fully return. I know how I want to post the pardon...

HOWEVER,

I was told by a moderator on my DnT request, If I ever chose to pardon, I would have to find or look up the price of a 2252 total level RS3 account and it kinda varies. I need help getting price estimates how much a 2252 total account from RS3 would cost in RS3 GP so I can rack up the money to refund a scam victim.

Wouldn't you just be required to refund the value of what was scammed? I take it you recovered an account with 2252 total level that was bought? If they paid $50, wouldn't you just refund the $50?

 

Yeah exactly my point but my problem is that it was account for account trade so paypal and gp were not used. That's why I can't figure the approx price in paypal or gp.

 

Granted you would probably take a few 99s into account, I think it'd be maybe ~$40?

 

Would 140M rs3 sound about as accurate as $40?

 

140m isn't enough.

If buying price, 160-200m ($0.25-0.20/m)
If selling price, 220-260m ($0.15-0.18/m)

Not sure which one is used with repayments.

It would be determined by staff when you pardon I think.
