Level 3 - Banned for no reason.

Just recently BOTH of my Clan banks were banned for Breaking Rule 1 (Offensive Language).

Nobody has sworn on the accounts and JaGeX supplied us with no evidence. We were given a full 10.0 Blackmarks instead of the normal 0.8 blackmarks and a mute. This means JaGeX thinks the Clan Bank Accounts had inappropriate names.

The names:

Bv_Clan_Bank
B_V_Bank

I looked up abbreviations for BV and theres nothing rude.

Anyone know a ban appeal that might work?

Please don't give me one copied and pasted from another work because no appeal works twice.

 

You were most likely banned for drop trading or something similar cause your not suppose to share accounts, drop trade, or use a mule account as a bank and there getting serious.

Sorry but I don't know an appeal for you to use.

Then it should have been multiple logging in ..and drop trading is legal i think..its as if u would have found something on the ground .. asked a mod once .. they were probably trying to clean runescape of all the unused accounts. think i lost a few chars including fauking4money and faukingyrmom

Some fag on here held my str pure for ransom, then got him banned, I appealed, told them to check IP addresses, but they didnt give a shit...

 

It was for Rule 1 (Offensive Language)!

I did not multi login or Drop trade either!!! We simply traded stuff to the bank! If i needed something traded, I'd give it to another clan leader then he'd give to bank when I log onto it.

We lost shit loads of swordies, Strength pots, Rune Scims and all so we need it back badly.

Drop Trading is illegal..
I think Jagex probably saw you were doing some illegal stuff but couldn't pin you to either real world trading or account sharing and stuff. IF there is proof of offensive language then it should say.
It could also say if the name is offensive whch it shouldn't be..
I think jagex can't find a reason so put u under that...

I disagree that appeals don't work more than once. I've used the same appeal everythime on my 91 perm mute and I removed 4 of the 9 offenses on it. The names were offensive btw. Clan bank made Fagsex think that the account was shared by more than one person.

 

Well FagSex shouldn't be retards who make assumptions or judge people by what it seems to be.

And also, the only reason I don't like using an appeal that's been used more than once is because after awhile it won't work and I don't wanna take the risk.

there has to be some reason, i don't think they want to go around banning people for no reason. (they will lose there members.)
