need help on my new staker

ok i want to make a staker but first i need to know the levels i need to get it to the max im planning on training any level to is 70 here is what i was thinking

70 att
35 str
70 def
1 range
1 prayer
1 mage
hp where ever

i was thinking i could wear some mith and addy and dds
then switch on full v fury rune boots zerker ring obby cape and pwn are these stats good for stakeing? also here are some names i could use or i might make a nub one =]

or like some noob name like pokemon123 or something like that so i look normal and i fiqure ill be around level 65

 

i used runehq and it said i could hit 11s

 

verac pures r ok, not many ppl will stake u. most use highscores...

 

verac pures are really good for there lvl but its a pain training them

 

yeh veracs pures can be time consuming
