Body: Rune plate\Fighter torso
Legs: Rune legs
Boots: Climbing or rune
Gloves: Vams\klanks\CB bracelet\RFD
Weapon: D Scimmy\Whip (would like it if you leave A pair of dds)
Shield: Obby\Rune\zamorak book
Amulet: Glory\Power\Str
Cape: Fire\obby\or any other dosent matter
Ring: Wealth\Fremmenik ring\or life dosent matter

Iventory:

.100cb+: 200 lobs(noted), 10kgp(unoting lobs and for potions) , mithril - addy set ,And all your tokens you already have .
.80-90cb: 250 noted lobs, 12k gp And mithril set, and all your tokens you already have.
.80-:300 noted lobs, 15k gp and a black Set, and all your tokens you already have.

You can leave less food and gp, but that means less chance for more defenders.

I'll do this untill i get bored, and I cant promise a rune defender im sorry.
