--MMing pins--
1.) Both players agree on price/kind of pin.
2.) All agree on certain world and location to initiate transactions (preferrably somewhere near lumbridge).
3.) Buyer gives me money.
4.) Seller gives me country, phone/cell number, and pin.
5.) I ask buyer for account name and password to set the pin.
6.) I set the pin for the buyer.
7.) If the buyer is satisfied, money will be given to seller.
8.) Both give me vouch

--MMing Accounts--

Btw you cant say both give me a vouch, pen made a sticky thats its there choice wether to vouch you or not.
