This guy has so many sythe accounts I cant put one!

Hey whats up, I was scammed out of a good 15m bye runescapepbpseller. Now at first I did not have any proof of him scamming me because. he went first there were no recoveries, I set everything so I didnt feel the need to take screen shots. I just told people not to buy an rs2 account named "youdiedbye". So i was browsing blackmarket and the same stupid account apears with a different sythe name.
He admitted to having more then one account
- one in the link to his thread
- runescapepbpseller
- antiscam
- and many more that are banned he told me.

Now this is not the solution to him scamming. He told me he changes his Ip and does it all over again. I.P banning him does not work
