Acialwip - Looking for livechat job

Hello, I am Acialwip.

I am a 18 year old student at the University of Sheffield studying business management.

I am looking for a live chat job that can work around my schedule. I will be willing to put down a deposit.

Availability:
Monday 6:30pm-11pm
Tuesday 6:30pm-11pm
Wednesday 11am-11pm
Thursday Thursday 4:30pm-11pm
Friday 6:30pm-11pm
Saturday 9am-9pm
Sunday 10am-2am

All times stated are in GMT and are currently stated due to my current schedule around university and what my timetable is at the moment. If you hire me I will give you a very long notice if anything with my working hours would need to change etc. I have stated that I can finish at 11pm but that is due to I don't know what days I will go out at night and what days I wouldn't go out. Due to this a lot of these days I would be able to work a lot later if overtime comes up and needs to be taken I will take it if I can do it.

Experience:
I currently have no work experience working in live chat. I am looking to get started and I am hoping to get that opportunity soon.

I do however have a lot of experience with playing the actual game. I have played runescape for 8 years starting in 2008 and playing a lot up till now. I have moderated on a gambling site call runechat.com and I was trusted with handling deposits, withdraws and handling the users of the sites needs if they had any questions or queries. I believe that this is a good transferable skill that I have as I can transfer it into live chat.

On top of this I also have experience of working in retail for 2 years. I have worked in Sainsbury's for a year where I learnt how to work under stress and how to deal with customer problems as well as providing an excellent level of customer service.

On top of that I have also worked in Sport's Direct where I was in charge of helping customers get the shoes they require and help with fitting etc.

I believe that both of these together are good things to have as they both give me transferable skills and time management skills etc.

When it comes to a deposit I would currently only be able to put down a 200$ deposit as these are the funds that I have available to me as of current.

I also think that you should choose me because by having me on your team not only will I do my job as a live chat agent I will go above and beyond to help the website and help the website grow in whatever you need done. If you need help marketing I can do that and if I believe I have an idea to bring to the table I will go ahead and tell you and try and help improve the website.
