[HELP] No rank - Can't join MM

Recently went back onto my original main account but because i haven't played on it in ages it's lost it's rank and I can no longer join a game, can someone please help?

I don't have internet issues.
I can join any game on other accounts in under 20 seconds.

I realize i have to win a certain amount of games to get back my rank, that's not the issue.
I can't actually join a comp MM.

 

I think you need level 2 to be able to join MM, did you get that?

 

fixed it, latency bug.

 

There is a level requirement, not sure what it is. GL.
