What happened: I contacted him about account training service. He said it would be hand done. Accounts were banned about a week later. I paid 200 dollars upfront which he returned after they were banned but I lost two accounts that were 60/60/60/40 prayer. I also had put 5mil on each account per his request for bond/supplies. I had posted on the forum that he sent me back less than BTC than I originally sent him but it is such a small amount I am not worried about it. What I would like to see happen is have him refund me the worth of those two accounts which he said were worth 20 dollars each; plus the 10mil I put on the account. He told me he wouldn't do this/wasn't required too. It is a long conversation and I am sorry about that. I do not think he scammed necessarily, I just think he is trying to get out of refunding me all of what I think I am owed.

I will leave this up to you guys to decide.

Notes:
*I can screen share the skype convo if you need further proof that is what they say. I included his ID in every screen though.
*I only edited one picture and that was covering up account names and passwords
*There is one part where I tell him that the 10mil I put on the account can cover the lack of payment of the 200 worth of BTC because circle charges a fee. But now that I think of it since he was refunding my total payment I should get that back too.

Edit: I used Won for another 2 accounts shortly after this ( before I knew I could report what he did ) and today I found out one was banned. I am assuming the second one will be banned soon as well.

Edit #2: Won has refunded me the 50 USD I thought I was owed from before as well as refunding me for one of the accounts that was banned from the first edit above. Adding another 30 USD for a total of 80 USD. As a sign of good faith he let me keep the last account he trained without me giving a payment for it. Roughly worth another 30 USD. We are unsure if this account will be banned or not, but he said I don't have to pay him either way for it as an apology for the trouble. I believe that this report can now be closed. Thanks @video and @Superfluous for your help on this.

 

I'll message them, since they got your accounts banned they should definitely owe for the value of the accounts too.
