This guide has been released for free on this forum you it is considered fraud and is illegal. But it is no longer on the forum (so you can't get it anymore)

 

it's not considered fraud, but afcourse is illegal. and btw so is buying runescape mills, membership or any of that sort from this forum.

 

You can't get sent to jail for selling pixels, however. But committing fraud and using someone else's money for membership is a serious offense. This topic will most likely be closed soon.

 

i bought the guide of someone else, i didn't use it but i gurantee it works. ia m already members anyways so idc..and it doesn't seem illegal. don't judge guide before u see it..
