Offer a advertising service (Say I use accounts on rs3/osrs to advertise the website of the person purchasing the service)?

1,3; If he desires to make the slavework by himself; sell him the accounts I use in a bundle for cheap?

If I sell accounts in bundles, made for spamming, would only login details be enough? The accounts are meant to be used for spamming and would most likely get banned/muted within the first six hours or even faster cause of website advertising.
