Quick Question: RECOVERY

I have an account that I've been trying to recover, but I don't have information to use because it was so long ago.

What in god's name am I supposed to do?

It had holiday items on it that are irreplaceable.

 

Was it created from the IP you currently preside at? That is a major help. Do you still have original email? And do you remember log-in so you can place a recovery request?

 

I would go to the jagexsupport on twitter, they should be able to answer more of your questions

 

Give as much information as you possibly can. Include your full name and address and where you've played for years, etc.
