I am tired of all the site's that ask for credit cards and stuff.

I want a site that i can fill simple survey's get quick money and then a check sent to me.,

No. And give them you're fake info. Or otherwise you'll keep getting calls from telemarketers, your email will get spammed like hell, and you'll keep getting junk and ads in the mail.
