[Help] What kind of builds are the most wanted right now?

I recently managed to get some extra free time off University, and I'd like to spend those extra hours slowly building up (manually) accounts to re-sell. The thing is that I barely know anything about it, I honestly need some advice from any of you who have any experience with it.

So my questions are;
- What kind of build would be the (easiest?) and most profitable to create
- and what would be the hardest but definitely the most valuable one?
- How much would a NMZ ready account go for?

Most people here would perf getting them nmz ready on their own account.
You can get 25-40M per acc.
I've done a lot of them but never had someone order this quest list, why the haunted mine/priest in peril?

 

I don't know haha, found the quest list in an old reddit post. What stats and quests would you recommend?

And you said that people would rather have guthans stats on their own personal account, so do you have any idea what kind of accounts/builds others would actually buy?

grand tree or mountain daughter [20 agility + summer pie or 15 + summer pie]

People are sketchy about buying accounts as they can be recovered. You don't get a good price unless your staff/mod/super trusted.

Best money maker for training would be to offer the service - nmzing people's accounts / training there pures etc
