Need help tracking down a gamertag for my brother

I've been trying to get this gamertag for years now, my brother had it on the original xbox but forgot his login details. I was hoping it would be available in the gamertag release microsoft did a few months back but it wasn't. I kept trying to see if it was available since but I hadn't had any luck. Last night when I checked I devastated to see that someone took it. The GT is on a fresh account and there hasn't been any activity on the account so I think the owner is just trying to sell it off. It's a three letter GT and it's a word so if they are going to sell it it's gonna be hella expensive. Honestly I don't even want it for myself I just want to give it back to my brother. How exactly do you propose someone could help you? Are you asking someone to steal the name?

 

No, I'd just like to know if anyone knows who owns the gamertag (so I can try and buy it off them). It's on a silver acc with 0 gamerscore so obviously someone has it and is trying to sell it.
